a. Dog Soap: Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for dog soap unless the item is damaged upon delivery. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving a damaged product, accompanied by photographic evidence, and we will evaluate each case individually.
b. Apparel: We accept returns and exchanges for faulty apparel items within 7 days of purchase if they are unworn, in their original condition, and with tags attached. However, please note that we do not cover the cost of shipping for returns or exchanges.
